Diagnostic Records
If treatment is desirable, it is necessary to schedule a second appointment for diagnostic records, which include: mounted models, photographs and specialized x-rays. This takes approximately an hour.
Once diagnostic records have been obtained and studied, a consultation appointment will be scheduled. At this time a detailed diagnosis and treatment plan will be made available to you including all financial information. There is no charge for the consultation appointment.
